Its based on your actions that you deserve punishment or reward and it is for those who have earned such judgment. Justice can be different in every culture, and most people think of justice as being “fair”. Justice can be broken into three major points: Social, personal and supernatural. The social justice involves the government, the system of the society, legal problems, meanwhile the personal involves the culture, the ethics, discrimination, race, sexual orientation, identity, and last but not least the supernatural justice that involves God, religion and their beliefs.

Any person can bear it, but when the person with power or with authority cannot bear it, his punishment begins the process of making a bad choice for his family and friends, for himself and others, including death. People with power or authority take responsibility for their behavior and they try to punish the person who violates their will. The person with power then decides which way to take the punishment in order to take him back to where he belongs. Any person is able to be punished. They can break the law, but the system of punishing the wrong person is based on that, not on what happens in the real life. If there is a “just, fair, and lawful punishment” then the behavior is “just”? Not! If you are caught stealing a car from a family, you get an opportunity to pay it back for the wrong done by that person by acting with authority, and a penalty for the wrong done in your life is paid back. If in the law you disobey your father or mother, your life goes to hell because of him. If it is on the ground or in a court of law, the person being punished gets a free pass to take his life by punishing you, his descendants, family, and so forth. In the last paragraph there is some detail of the human nature of a punishment, and people are quite easily fooled. “If you do this, others will follow.” These people are the people who can break the law if they want, but if you make a mistake in their judgment you can even be punished. You can even be punished by God if you make a mistake, even if you are wrong about something. “I have punished one for not killing my dog during the night because of the man’s choice to disobey me.” (Matthew 14:44,47). “That man was punished but God punished him because someone like me has done it.” (John 19:14). You can be punished for acting in your right actions and in some way you can be punished for not doing the way you think was most correct to do. Justice involves ethics, fairness and honesty. It is the constant will of giving to each person in other words what is deserve. Benchmark of righteousness is that which governs the conduct and compels us to respect the rights of others. It is the aim of promoting social justice in a social group, usually referred to justice as giving everyone what they earn, but the problem is that we are not always sure what people deserve. Good or bad acts are not easily distinguished by society because they all have different reasons.
In fact some people better informed that others, therefore they have a clearer sense of justice and also they know how to apply it in order to improve the relationship in society. We can see that the word “justice” is not always correctly used, because some people think that justice is done for the acts no matter whether they are good or bad, because every act has its consequences.
We often see that there is no equality among all people, and justice applies on different levels, therefore we can see more favorable treatment for people with power, and also we see that the word of justice is not equal for everyone, for some its compounded by discrimination, levels of society, religion, culture and more. We see that the word justice has a very large meaning but not everyone respect it, and sometimes it is unfair and does not pay according to moral acts that the person committed. Justice should base on morality but people have given a bad example and have harmed the meaning of justice. Content of the word “justice” is diminished in everyday life and does not reflect in some cases.
