Related is the Internet of Everything, which brings together people, process, data, and things to make networked connections more relevant and valuable. This internet of change suggests a possible wide range of new innovations which can yield significant benefits to business and the global economy. This rapid development can be equated to the industrial revolution as it has the potential to once again revolutionize the way our machines work. The industrial internet of things is a union of modern technologies and machinery, which provides many benefits. Providing digital instrumentation to industrial machines allow collection off mass data possible, therefore the resultant “intelligent information” can be acted upon by decision makers [1]. This intelligent information can be shared across machines, networks, individuals or groups to facilitate intelligent collaboration and better decision making. This allows for maintenance, management and optimization of machines. The data feedback loop enables the machine to “learn” from its history and behave more intelligently through on-board control systems [2]. This technology can be implemented into everyday life through, for example, their home. A smart home can be can collect data about the temperature outside, traffic patterns, and your mood based upon facial expression and the music, lighting, warmth, and rest of atmosphere will be adjusted accordingly. The internet of things become important when regarding engineers as it is something they will have to deal with often. With the fast advancement of software engineering, computer programmers will be able to create algorithms to adapt to any condition set before them. Other disciplines of engineering will have to work with the software to be able to install it into the house, car, or machine so knowledge of the subject is mandatory [3].
