This theme is very popular and actual today because society has been leading the conversation and questions, trying to get an answer to the question whether modern man need the weapons? This question is worried about not only some community people, but all of humanity as a whole.Although world wars are over, but the problem of local wars and armed conflicts continue to remain actual. Remember Afghanistan, Iraq, Chechnya, Transnistria, Kosovo, Palestine, Donbas and so on. Mankind continues unchecked and reckless use of weapons. International agreement on disarmament often not implemented and people continue to die.On the other hand, the modern world is concerned about the terrorist threat, as almost all countries have to maintain their forces in constant readiness to fight this invasion.
In our times, in different countries there are different relation to the free circulation of weapons among citizens. This influenced the historical development and mentality. For example, in the USA turnover arms are virtually free to every citizen to protect themselves, their family and their property. Bu t on the other hand, the aggressiveness of the US population and fluency weapon led to its a country with extremely high levels of terrorism and crime, including organized (gangs, mafia).The government of individual counties are faced with a choice: to permit or restrick the free circulation of weapons among citizens. Every point of view has its supporters and opponents.
