Strategic Plan OverviewEssay Preview: Strategic Plan OverviewReport this essayExecutive SummaryI am doing a strategic analysis on General Electric. GE has always been outstanding and marked by inventions which serve as milestones in technological advancement throughout the time. I will be giving a company background and their history. I will be giving a SWOT analysis which helps us to know the companys strengths and weakness and always ways to improve and compete with the current market. I will also be analyzing the values, mission and vision statement for GE. GE has grown from power generation to financial services to plastics to medical imaging and news and information. My recommendation for improving in any projects would be to collect data, analyze it, provide adequate feedback and take actions based on the results and feedback.

I have made five important statements here of GM in my recent work. I have made every one of them in clear, concise and understandable english. I also made them available to investors, the press, business people who see the potential in all these sectors. It’s been years and I’m not sure that I’ve done a fair job yet in this area. It’s good I know what we did wrong. But GM is clearly among the most talented and innovative companies of this century. I am also making the statement for you! The CEO has his background, work-life balance and strong relationships with many of the leading suppliers and exporters of the equipment and power generation of the world. I’ve also met so many of the key customers, employees, partners and employees that have put all your energy into this great company. I’ve made a lot of progress in many areas, some that have made me think how I can make better business decisions. Some of them have been the most important and many are just a few pieces and all I have left to go is a statement and a statement of our views.Let me be clear. General Electric is not about money or profit. I want to see GM get back to what is its mission. That mission is a future of growing our competitiveness, of our strength and strength through cutting production costs and supporting our customers. It’s a mission that drives us to drive on today. Our team has seen success. We’ve achieved the kind of progress we’ve always sought and the growth that we hope to see for the next generation through our commitment to customers and our commitment to innovation and teamwork. It’s important to note, and some have been mentioned here in the past, that the company can’t get back to that same goal it failed to achieve. To that end, we have been working very hard today to meet that goal. That goal is that the company will be able to bring our high-level global competitiveness to customers, our ability to provide more value to our customers and the benefits that we’re seeing are huge. The key to achieving that goal will be the drive to deliver the company’s products to customers. That would be a core focus of the company for many, many years to come. It’s the work that GE has been doing since I was a young man who saw his father build GE and who had the guts to invest in this company. It’s why we have the strong relationship with GE and what we’ve achieved with this company (which is a team). That drive to reach customers has been really strong. General GE’s mission is not to compete with other firms. It’s to become the world’s leading supplier to industrial customers, and to be the world’s leading supplier to businesses. In doing that, our work in the US has been important both for GE as a company and for us as a business for many, many years. In that spirit, I believe I will be writing an overview of my plans here. The important thing about this is that there is no question that GM has made it possible for General Electric’s growth to continue in such a way that we’re able to meet our growth goals. Here’s what I have to say about my work here. Let me start by reiterating my views. The goal is our strategic plan. Our growth goals are clear. We will achieve that in the future. The focus is on finding new sources of global growth. Our growth projections of about
