Create a complete system separate from the parent company Motorola without going backwards. In July 2004, Freescale became a publicly traded company following its initial public offering. The operation included the flow of products, vendor payment, travel expense reimbursement, and human resource management. The implementation and integration of SAP technology was a source of substantial contribution to Freescales organization success. In line with the companys strategy of advancing technology for simplification, speed and savings, Freescale has made tremendous advancements in systems and processes with SAP integrated systems. With each system implementation, Freescale has improved its operational efficiency and increased the speed and accessibility to information.
