Accountants have cried for many years to get new systems developed for their profession. It now seems that their cries have been heard. Technology has come in and changed the way accountants perform their job duties. Information Technology has now made it easier for accountants to generate reports and perform year-end closes. . . .Computers also help with efficiency. Technology has made the process so sophisticated; it is just a matter of plugging numbers where they go and waiting for the results. With the establishment of these new technologies the task and man hours needed to perform a duty has been extraordinarily decreased.

In conclusion, Technology has greatly affected the accounting profession. Tax software has become so user friendly that even the average American can prepare their taxes without the help of a professional accountant. For example in my profession I work at a community college in the accounting department where accuracy is by far the most important skill to possess. Technology has been the major key in the accounting profession therefore eliminating the possibility of human error. Now, with the current technology tax software programs accountants can perform an individuals tax return in a matter of minutes. By simply, clicking on a few buttons, answering a few questions, providing the individual has the correct information and can easily prepare their own returns. Regardless of how hard a person try to be error free, it is nearly impossible, to compete with the accuracy of information processing systems. An example would be tax preparation. Without the help of computers and its software

The Problem

Although it is true that we are dealing with a real problem at the beginning of 2013, this problem is only one part. The rest is much more complex and still to be solved with the new Taxation Solutions software, which will provide for more efficient, more sophisticated accounting software. One of the biggest reasons to support tax online is to better understand the financial situation of tax cheats who seek to evade taxes.

As most of you know, the United States tax code, Tax Code of 1977, does not provide any mechanism to detect cheating by tax cheats who are simply simply filing their own money. In fact, many non-employees who are suspected of illegally using the code may have made the filing part of the act to escape. Unfortunately, if you don’t report it to a tax office immediately, your income is simply not considered, or you may die as a result – or if you do, a very bad situation can occur (possibly a criminal act). The only way we will be able to find out how to fix this is to have the IRS come up with a means of detecting and investigating non-paid cheaters so that more and more of these non-employees are caught.

Conclusion

The United States tax codes offer many ways for tax cheats to evade the taxes paid. Each year as more and more tax cheaters do, the IRS provides a new set of rules which can help their business or personal tax affairs significantly better. For starters, since the law is changing at a fast rate – many tax cheats are not going to be on target. The IRS has already provided many more new rules and policies in this chapter. There will likely be a long time before we’re able to resolve all of the issues within the tax code before it’s released in full.

In order to complete the Taxation Solutions Tax Software for 2012, the IRS will likely work with individuals who are on a no obligation basis to follow up on their filing and take appropriate action.

This project seeks to bring these new standards in line with the American Taxation Reform Act of 1986 (ATA Act). Although IRS has made some changes to make this new tax code more comprehensive and user friendly, to ensure that there is still some time left to address an already complex problem, the government should only attempt to take action when there is “more than probable information” out there that would help to resolve it.

One of the biggest barriers of this new tax law as implemented is the difficulty of tracking cheats (i.e., those not actively doing their jobs, such as those living in the countries that tax their spouses and children). In addition, there was no such problem tracking those who were currently not on the payroll. When faced with a problem tracking that had not occurred from previous years such as when someone moved or if they were not in the workplace, the IRS will likely assist them in resolving the problem with the assistance of other tax authorities and the appropriate authorities.

So, for the United States to deliver Taxation Solutions Tax Software to this new legal goal (regardless of whether it is a tax audit issue, or simply IRS compliance as some of the questions are not raised in a proper tax law and the results are classified to be classified as non-compliance) the IRS must understand the situation and determine what steps are to take to achieve that objective. Even if IRS is not able to make this determination, the agency must continue to support tax investigators, including the IRS, through the use of tax authorities to track individuals for tax purposes.

With this new Taxation Solutions Tax Software the IRS must ensure that its members work with people who have reported the problem and are compliant enough with IRS to provide them and the community with any assistance needed until they are caught. As soon as there is an information breach in their data or they are unable to complete a proper audit of any of their personal data, IRS will also help them in doing work properly. As this is an evolving area of IRS responsibility, these agencies will need to be
