Now a day’s researcher have more concerned with increase productivity, perfection and working ability. Employee’s needs and wants having more important in research history. Motivation is the most important matter for every organization public or private sector.Motivation as incentive systems is fundamental to developing capacities into better performance.Motivating employees is to know what motivate them and design motivational strategy based on those needs. Employee motivation will differ in every aspect either in terms of money, reward or psychological needs to achieve organizational goals.The purpose of this study is to describe the importance of motivating employees at Fluor Daniel Inc. Philippines To understand how different forms of Employee Motivation can have a positive impact on Employee Performance and the quality of performance in the organization. As such will work on the problems below:Statement of Research Problems-The study will examine the effects of Employee Motivation on Employee Performance at Fluor Daniel Inc Phils . It shows various motivation techniques that have a positive impact on employee performance and in the organization. The motivation techniques are Training, Monetary Incentives, Job Transfer, Job Satisfaction, Promotion, Achievements, Working Condition, Appreciation, Job Security, Recognition and Social Opportunity. When Motivation is satisfied it leads Individual Performance, Individual Responsiveness, Group Performance and Responsiveness.
