Other than that, this paperwork is to request for allocation from HEP to approve HEP Quotation for the programme. All the information contained in this paper can describe clearly the programme.BACKGROUNDThe programme organize by the SPORT EXECUTIVE OF WELBOD. This programme is for all junior from three services (army, navy and airforces), so that they can know each other.The program held is to strengthen the brotherhood between the three services as well as to give some exposure on knowledge of the Malaysia armed forces and Reserved Officer Training Unit (ROTU).
