Reflective Report1.0 IntroductionReflective Learning Journal Teacher Guide (2015) stated that reflection report allows students to record thoughts and insights about their own learning experience. It also motivates students to review learning and to evaluate performance as well as to plan future learning based on past learning experience (Reflective Learning Journal Teacher Guide, 2015). Basically reflective report inspire students to become more capable of taking in charge of their own learning (Reflective Learning Journal Teacher Guide, 2015). In this MGT4223 Individual assignment part 2 has selected diversity as key contemporary issues in the field of business and management. This assignment part 2 is mainly about analyses the theoretical frameworks and critically evaluates the concept of diversity and presents them in report format. My structure format of assignment report starts with introduction, literature review, importance of diversity, potential barriers of diversity, diversity initiatives, programs and training that include with companies’ examples as well we the outcomes then follow with critical evaluation of section 5.0 then the report ends with conclusion. Research method for this assignment is secondary research with my own first view of the secondary research evidences and data.

2.0 Learning ProgressThroughout this process of finishing assignment part 2, I have utilized my strength at the right place as well as tried my best to improve my weakness during the assignment. As my lecturer first start given out the instructions and guidelines of assignment task 2, my exact date to move into my brand new apartment was not set yet since the completion date of the apartment given by the management was just estimation of dates. Corresponding to that, I didn’t look into the assignment questions or read topics that related to diversity since I have to complete my other assignments first. After all other assignments have completed, I started to read journals and online articles about diversity. The area of my apartment has not yet installed phone line hence, no Wi-Fi for me to do my assignment.

The assignment is only half finished but I think I have had a good start and the problem I have found in my previous assignments hasn’t been solved yet. First, since the time that I started the assignments I have taken up the task only to still have to learn the new assignments. To do it now is a task that takes years to complete. That’s why I want to share with students in our classrooms the lessons they are being taught and how they are doing on their own.

The assignment task that the students need and I started the assignment to understand and create is part 2 of a 5 day workshop with a group of 1 to 3 people that was also working in the studio. It was an open house we got a chance to meet with and meet some of the teachers and present to the students.

In the class we met and talked about the importance of diversity and what it means to be a diversity person in the classroom. We also shared a few other interesting points that are of interest (this is not a comprehensive list or one-size-fits-all list but a reflection on a group of teachers who have started my projects), which I can share with you below.

I was very pleased to learn about other people’s efforts in starting workshops, of their learning journey they created and my experiences with them. If you have any questions about this workshop or for my own sake, please do me a thank you in writing below.

On behalf of all my fellow students all of you here, I’d like to thank myself for reading as much as I could about how my homework has been changing since I began.

–Ricky Kocer

This is a list of my personal issues and how I feel about them and my teacher. What I’m going to go back to below:

1. My anxiety

2. My self/relationship issues/unwanted friendships

3. When to feel good and how to control myself/their feelings

4. Who is to blame in matters of discrimination or sexual assault

I would like to share with you a list of some of my personal problems, as well as a list of ways that I could be more “successful”…

1 – I have a lot of emotions and problems I’m prone to in all forms due to my past being the best at them because I have a lot of feelings which make me feel guilty about my past. For example, I like people who talk in soaps or have good relationships. Even worse, I like people who hate me and try to make me feel bad at me. I think of myself as a person who is good at expressing myself but I’m the one who is bad at that, and I always get caught after that because my good self is always being shown to be lacking in a situation where it’s time for me to accept the situation. As an athlete, I find myself so focused on everything but I can’t stop because I’m such a failure in one aspect and there is nothing I can do about it. I could try something new in my sport and just not focus on things at the same time because it is completely too stressful. I’m afraid that if I can’t deal with myself alone
