The people within the organization, the structure itself and the physical environment are the three main factors that constitute a dynamic system. The most important objective of any organization is the ability to exist and growth. There is a theory called organization behavior than can help reach this goals and find the right strategy. According my opinion, organization behavior is a tool that can help understanding human organization through individual and social values. The theory consists in finding the perfect combination of growth, stability and interaction.

This article outlines some of those who are successful and not so highly successful. It illustrates some of them. It also provides the framework for reading a group of professional managers to understand their performance when looking for an alternative approach to success. It explores organizational behavior as a set of three factors which must be met before someone can become successful for them to become successful. The article is based upon research, research findings and a systematic process that can help understand the importance of organization behavior and the goals of success. The ideas discussed in this article are based by a project called The Organization Behavior Research Association (OTSDA). Its purpose is to inform and challenge professional and business managers. The goals the organization aims to achieve are summarized in the sections below. They are: • Leadership, business, culture and organizational culture must work together for the long run to achieve success. • Development and evaluation of the organizational culture must be based on the fact that each human being needs to work with those who want to succeed well, and that their leadership, culture and business should be able to work together for the long run to achieve success. • The Organization Behavior research and research findings will help identify some of the most popular organizations in this field, so that professionals will be able to work with different sets of employees. • The organizational behavior of a company must be one that can be achieved by the entire company. Each customer needs a different organization, organization type and organization environment to achieve the desired results. • We should recognize that individuals and organizations within organizations and in the workplace have some very different goals. Organizations such as government or educational institutions are better equipped to achieve successful organization behaviour than others. • One of the goals of a business organization is to be the first and only organization that provides a level playing field for all members regardless of background, education, occupation, experience, skill level or experience levels. Organizations in such a situation are usually run or run as a joint venture. For example, a small nonprofit may be more suited to providing education than a large cooperative to operate as a corporation. This type of organization behavior is useful for organizations of all sizes and geographic scope and to identify which groups have the greatest potential to achieve success. Organization Behavior research and research findings will help identify some of the most popular organizations in this field, so that professionals will be able to work with different sets of employees. • A business organization should strive for consistent excellence in all areas of work. Organizations such as government and educational institutions are more suited to success than others. This type of business organization is capable of winning at one time or another and has the potential to provide the best possible benefit to organizations. For example, an individual organization is composed of a number of individuals and one or more social networks where group members maintain a certain sort of group identity in a certain way. This level of organization behavior is called organizational structure. Organized structures of groups or nations are a way to grow and function within these organizations. They take the identity of members of the groups they control and make individual decisions based on the group members’ identities. As the organization is formed, it is important to distinguish the elements that are created and are a part of the organizational structure. An organizational structure is defined as:1) A single set of objectives within a building. The goal of a structure is: to build a foundation or to increase its value.2) As the organization is formed, it will have a focus for both the creation and building of a new, permanent structure.3) A goal of the structure will be to build a new type or identity from that previously created group or into its new organization structure. Growth and stability are directly related with taking risk. A reduction of risk would mean less uncertainty and that would make an organization more stable. Less a system is open to an external environment and higher is the level of stability. In this case, everything remains the same and no change takes place. On the other hand, growth means the ability to change and to adapt to new situation. An organization should be able to transform itself by anticipating change and discovering new ways of creating products and services. Growth also means the risk of failing to anticipate new trends and the inability to constantly innovate itself. There is a trade off between stability and growth and is up to the individuals within an organization to find the best approach to survive and prosper.

In order to be successful a company needs to be open, creative and self efficacy. All this can happen only if people interact with each other. By interacting individuals within a system contribute to a collective action. Openness means the ability to accept new trends and the capacity to adapt to those changes. The entire structure must be flatten and more flexible possible on everything. This is the only way that an organization can identify what it needs to be done in order to prosper
