The answer is: Both! The name of this life management system is the Rapid Planning Method, or RPM for short. To make it simple for you to remember, however, weve also made the steps of RPM coincide with the initials of the name of the system: the Result you are after, the Purpose that will drive you to follow through, and your Massive Action Plan (or MAP) to give you the specific steps to achieve your result.
Also keep in mind that RPM is a life management system and not a time management system. This is an important distinction because the most important thing for you to focus on in the process is what you want for your life before you even begin to plan how you want to spend your time.
Whats the difference between an Outcome and a Result?
