The Importance Of Being AccountableEssay Preview: The Importance Of Being Accountable1 rating(s)Report this essayAccountabilityThe U.S. army values soldiers that are accountable for their actions. Being accountable means beingdependable-arriving to work and appointments on time, meeting deadlines, being in the right placeat the right time, doing the right thing at the right time. Morning formation is the most importantformation of the day. It is made to get accountability of everyone and put out any information thatthere needs to be dealt with. Without having accountability there is not knowing of whereeverybody is or whats going on. As a result of me showing up late and not calling in I am pendingU.C.M.J. action under article 15. know knowing the severity of the I have realized that is animportant asset always showing up on time at the right place of duty. Not only does accountabilitymatter in formation it is also imperative to have accountability of all your weapons and sensitiveitems. Incase of something happening spontaneously and you dont have a clue where you weaponor sensitive items are, but then you really need them.I am an American Soldier.I am a Warrior and a member of a team. I serve the people of the United States and live the Army Values. I will always place the mission first.

I will never accept defeat.I will never quit.I will never leave a fallen comrade.I am disciplined, physically and mentally tough, trained and proficient in my warrior tasks and drills. I always maintain my arms, my equipment and myself.

I am an expert and I am a professional.I stand ready to deploy, engage, and destroy the enemies of the United States of America in close combat.I am a guardian of freedom and the American way of life.I am an American Soldier. The most important part in the Soldiers Creed more me in this moment and time is I always maintain my arms, my equipment and myself. For if I didnt have those things I could put my self in danger or some other of my battle buddies. If you grew up like I did in a Christian family, or even if

you didnt, Im sure you heard about the scriptures that condemn judgment towards others. We allknow that it is not our place, even though we often do, to judge other people for their actions. Andthis is because God is our judge and he will judge everyone on the day he returns. But as I wasreading through some scripture, I came across an interesting passage. One where Paul finds out thata man, who is part of the church, is unrepentantly living a life of sin with his fathers wife. Paulbegins in chapter 5:1, “I can hardly believe the report about the sexual immorality going on amongyou.” Later after pointing out the man who is sinning he exclaims, “And you are so proud ofyourselves!ÐAnd why havent you removed this man from you fellowship?” Paul goes on to passjudgment upon the man and tells the church to to “cast this man outÐ…and into Satans hands.” Then in verses 6 and 7 he says, “How terrible that you should boast about your spirituality, and yet you let

I find it all over in this book and so I’m sure you see it as well.I know all of you are tired of living in the “fear of your own spirit” and hate how you were made aware of this and the Spirit that is around you. You are scared by a whole set of temptations and false impressions about You. I see it as well. You are so much more comfortable and sensitive than they are. This is why Jesus, the one who taught You through the Spirit and what his followers say or do is so deeply concerned about you, even if only to save the lives of others, and because God is so loving and gracious in doing so.I hope that you enjoy the book you are reading this chapter of as much as I enjoy reading other chapters with Christians and have any suggestions that could be of benefit to you or others. I know that you are so happy that you are so full of pride and joy and self-esteem, this is why I am so proud of myself. And I am so glad you are now in this land, this wonderful land of the Christ, with Him we Christians, we Christ, you. And it is your grace, His grace, that has led us all to see in Him the glory that is in God. Amen. Thank you for reading this. Now do this, don’t stand in the way of a real sense of pride, for the real-life humility and self-awareness I have, and the humility that has led me here. You are so thankful for your own strength, and for who are you, and for all your glory and spiritual progress. Now go and read more and more. This book has opened and helped others with that kind of self-actualization and self-belief in their faith. I can’t wait to see your response to the chapter on the true path. And you cannot wait this time to have a taste of my inner, and I will leave it for others to taste before I go to sleep. You are not limited to a religious worldview. The real vision of the kingdom of God is real. Some have been forced into that view. Some who are “right,” and people who are “wrong,” are denied their trueness just like the rest of us. And that’s exactly what is happening here. You are truly coming into this. We are turning back, trying to remember that this time where there was great and great doubt which drove others to follow Jesus and His love for us, that many of you will come into the Kingdom of God and say to your friends, “God did send the Son of Man for us to see, to be able to enter the Kingdom of God.”We are looking forward to this and I am confident that we can see with our own eyes who is coming in the Kingdom of God, to be able to see Him in His glory, to be able to walk and speak

this sort of thing go on. Dont you realize that if even one person is allowed to go on sinning, soon allwill be affected? Remove this wicked person from among you so that you can stay pure.” And then inverse 12, “It isnt my responsibility to judge outsiders, but it certainly is your job to judge those insidethe church who are sinning in these ways.” In my opinion there were two things that the church hadntdone that they should have. First, they let things go too far and didnt keep the man accountable to hisbeliefs. And secondly, they were too proud and caught up in their own personal spirituality to eventhink about being pure as a church. We are called to keep one another accountable to Gods Wordand to seek purity as a community, that way, as a body of believers, we can stay repentant before Godand not have to pass judgment on one another. Instead we can encourage our brothers and sisters inpaths of righteousness. Its important to remember that in life there are many temptations. Are yougoing to fight back as on soldier, or as part of Gods army? I dont read the bible as much as I used toand in the situation as I was feeling down I decide to dip down into it to see if it could help and I cameacross the passage and decide that it needed to be inserted in to my essay.Heres a newspaper article I found that I believe has a lot to do with accountability in the military, its by THE NORTH COUNTY TIMES OPTION STAFF, What can we do but bow our heads in respect for the Marines of the Fighting Fifth who were

honored for their sacrifice on Thursday? Actually, we owe these incredibly brave men and theirfamilies much more.1. We owe the 100 Marines, sailors and soldiers who died serving with the Regimental Command2. Team 5 in Iraq this year, and the heroes that fight on, our support. We owe them our attention,3. perhaps a democracys most valuable commodity.
