Reward and Recognition Plan – FY 2011
Purpose
The purpose of the Reward and Recognition Process is to recognize and reward hourly employees who meet key focus behaviors that enhance the work environment.

Objectives
Reward and recognize key focus behaviors in a positive and tangible manner.
Show employees that we care about them.
Encourage employees to follow key focus behaviors.
Provide positive reinforcement and encourage having fun with the process.
Key Focus Behaviors
Employees will be recognized and eligible to participate for performing the identified desired Key Focus Behaviors in an exemplary way. Employees need to be employed for at least 30 days to be eligible.

Compliance with attendance policy on a monthly basis
Perfect attendance, always on time and does not leave early
Compliance with safety expectations
Follows safety procedures and behaviors
Compliance with employee hand book guidelines
No negative counseling, complete work requirements, positive attitude
Monthly Awards
Recognition awards will be given when an employee is observed performing all key focus behaviors. Each month all employees will participate in the recognition drawing for a gift card. Once a name is drawn the FLM will evaluate the employee and determine if they were compliant with all key focus behavior. If the
