Hitler tried to reshape German society by using force and power. One of Hitlers main goals was to have tight control over the Nazi party. This tight control allowed Hitler to have control over everything. Having control over the police force was essential for Hitler because it forced the public to obey everything that he said. Hitler also obtained control over the economy, the military, and the media.

Hitlers power let to the persecution of Jews and the removal of artists and journalists. Literature and art works were also destroyed and condemned. Hitler wanted literature and art to be destroyed because he didnt want people to be open-minded. He wanted everyone to support Nazi values. In order to get people to support Nazi values, Hitler had the idea of teaching Nazism in schools. Teachers that were against Nazism were removed. Most of the subjects that were taught in schools had to do with racism. Children were taught that all races were inferior to their own.

After the children were taught to hate the Jews, Hitler decided to persecute the Jews. He started off by identifying who was a Jew. He then sent the Jews into concentration camps. This act is what caused the Jews to be removed from German Society. Hitler persecuting the Jews allowed businesses to obtain more property. By the time World War II ended, 6 million European Jews were killed.
