It is dedicated to consistently provide high customer satisfaction by rendering professional, yet personal service with competitive price or value proposition.

The laundry has its base of operations in centrally located 18-G, Blok F, Jalan 18/14, Taman Sri Serdang, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor. It can provide laundry service to customers within the Sri Serdang area.

CUSTOMERS
Customers are the stakeholder who consume an organizations product and service outputs. Customers are so important for business organization because provide the money needed to organization to pay salaries to member, purchase input from suppliers, and provide dividends to shareholder. So business manager try to develop a stable or growing customer base. This can be accomplished in a variety ways, including advertising and marketing, providing excellent products and service at reasonable prices, designing products to meet the need of customers.

de My Laundry Station provides variety service to customers such as washing, drying, and ironing clothes. Customers of the de My Laundry Station is mainly from the student University Putra Malaysia and other worker of a nearby shop. Normally student who are lazy to wash clothes and bedsheet will go to the de My Laundry Station because near of convenient and price are reasonable.

de My Laundry Station attract customers though provide the excellent service at reasonable price. Sometimes, they also have the promotion to attract customer, example: 5% discount for > 5KG wash. They use Rexchem Power Clean does not contain natrium Hidroxide, thus will not damage fabric, fingers and skin. acts immediately on stubborn stains.

de My Laundry Station also have give the discount to the customers who are loyalty to de My Laundry Station because want to develop a stable customer base. They also provide sofa to customer because customer can sit when waiting to get back the laundry back. Employees of the de My Laundry Station treat customers friendly and did all they could to fulfill customers request. They will return the clothes to customers on time.

But de My Laundry Station do not provide any delivery service to customer because they do not have enough employees to provide this service. So customer should come to take back their clothes by their own.
