1. When you awake alive in the morning, thank GOD for this life and devote some time for prayers. All Gods are equal.
2. Do some physical work or walk for 10-30 minutes every day. Morning and evening walk is a very good idea.
3. Try to be silent at least for one hour during the day. Meditation is a very good idea.
4. Always sleep at least for 8 to 9 hours daily. Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.
5. Always be energetic with enthusiasm and empathy.
6. Play your favorite game or sing a song, music pays an important role in life or you can chant Gayatri Mantra when you feel alone or free. .
7. Read good books on all the subjects. Books are real good friends. If you have a laptop, you can download some good E-books.
8. Always eat food that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants, especially fast food. Drink plenty of water. Water is very good for health; in Ayurveda water therapy is most popular.

9. Please dont waste your precious time and energy on gossip and try to make at least two people smile each day.
10. Always forget issues of the past. Dont remind anybodys mistake whether he/she is your partner or friends because issues ruin our present happiness.

11. Dont have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.
12. Always eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar. And always try to Smile and laugh more.
13. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Dont hate others, try to love others. The greatest thing in the world is love. Love everybody even love innocent animals.

14. You should not compare your life with others. You have no idea what their journey is all about, even dont compare your partner with others as you are the in-charge of your happiness and no one is going to take your charge so please try to forgive everyone for everything. Forget about what other people think of you is none of your business.

15. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up. Do right thing every day. If you feel lonely call you friends and family members.
16. Remember each day teaches us something new so apply good things in your life.
