First of all, people need to be educated as to what promotes obesity and then begin preventative measures. In my opinion, I believe that the most effective in reducing obesity would be mandatory physical activity. As we all know, an adult should spend at least 2.5 hours a week at the gym or any other type of movement. Exercising helps in numerous ways: it keeps the body in shape and prevents related health problems caused by being overweight .Thus; the employee can take their free time to walking, swimming, jogging and doing other physical activities. This can help them to decrease a chance they have of developing illnesses. For example, diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol.

Next, healthy food should be taken for reducing obesity. Healthy food like pasta or Caesar salad for lunch is a good idea for reducing employee obesity especially for those who didnt walk during working period. They should not take unhealthy stuff like oily food. I think that, all should have more healthy food at company cafeteria.

Last but not least, dieting and practicing self-control when it comes to eating is also a good strategy for reducing employee obesity. Employee can try to skip their high-tea time. This can help to reducing obesity. At the same time, they can also practicing self-control for food.
