The first title consists of the act” which” protects workers and their families from losing health coverage when a change or loss of job takes place. The second part of the HIPAA act also protects the privacy and security of a patients health information “which” is known as PHI.

The electronic health record also provides information “which” concerns a patients demographics, problems, medications, vital signs, progress notes, immunizations, laboratory data, and radiology reports. The system also gives health care professionals the ability to access a complete record of a patients healthcare as well as provide support to other care related activities “which” are directly or indirectly through interface.

The electronic medical records also provides a broad spectrum of clinical personnel who provides the individuals care as well as allow clinical personnel to deliver, and coordinate care, and promote the persons wellness.
