Should we hold people in certain profession to higher standards of legal accountability and responsibility?
Yes without a doubt. First of all to be in a health care fields you suppose to have the training and school. The training supposes to help you get the knowledge that you will need to avoid any accident or death of a person. But if a reporter make a mistake it wont be as hard to undo as if it was a doctor with somebody life.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of the position youve taken to answer the question?
The advantages are that Health Care workers who are making mistakes would be stop to make sure that the causes of death or sever injury will be stop. If a doctor makes any mistake on anybody that he or she is working on they should own up to it and be able to explain what any why it happened. The disadvantages is that when a doctor make a mistake that didnt do any server injury or cause any one to die the can lose the license.

The other professional who should be held accountability. Is the one who deal with safety of other people? Because they supposes to have the training that it takes to keep everyone on their job safe from severe injury.

Jobs where there are very unlikely to cause death or sever injury to anybody if they make mistake. But theres not too many jobs out here are not many jobs that you can find that is not a hazards to people safety. Thats why we have to be safe.
