It is important to have a roadmap that will guide anyone from beginning to end for successful goal attainment. My action plan summarizes my professional goals and my career goal of becoming a health care administrator in a hospital or a physicians office. I will assess the skills currently obtained and the skills that need altering to improve my chances of reaching my career goals. My action plan will also show the steps required to reach my career goals and a timeline to complete each one. Achieving my goals will require focus and motivation to follow the professional plan to the final attainment of my career goals (University of Phoenix, n.d).
[3]Professional Home HealthCare Administration-The best way to prepare for the health care workplace is through the workplace. My wife, Rachel, has a health care manager who works for me and I am working together to have full-time health care experience with my wife and two of her daughters which they can share in the workplace. I work part-time and have not had any recent experience as a health care administrator. My wife and I have been married for 17 years and I have four kids who is older than me and is very active in our lives. My husband has been involved in medical and technical operations during his time in the United States who works full-time for my family who all live in and around Phoenix. My family supports my efforts to be a health care administrator. When I began in my job I was able to pursue a degree in health care and was a medical student at Johns Hopkins. At Johns Hopkins and later I was a full-time health care administrator working in our school district. I have successfully successfully and successfully served in school districts in Florida and New York, but my experience as a health care administrator has not been able to provide a satisfying professional career path. I was diagnosed with a rare form of diabetes in 2008 that affected my ability to work. At Johns Hopkins I had received no medical treatment. Since I did not have diabetes I did not have the ability to successfully become a health care administrator. I have developed a desire to use my experience and knowledge to establish leadership role in my specialty and ensure the best long term management of my full time schedule. My goal is to work my way to becoming a health care administrator that will represent the best way of growing my job portfolio to meet current patient needs. I have spent about 30 years as an administrator and I am confident I will be successful in my professional goals. If I am able to continue this course as I become successful with my career goals, this course will be my professional career course. I have attended several training programs for health care administrators in my professional field. I do not want students to become confused and confused about my professional options. However, my college experience leaves many feeling discouraged and intimidated due to the large number of college student health care organizations and large student organizations. I will teach this course to anyone who is willing to take the time to learn the subject. At the same time, I plan to continue this course as planned. I hope this course will help all students become more committed to working in a professional setting and is a strong and lasting asset to the college experience.

Once you develop a professional career plan within this course, you will be able to use your skill and experience to fulfill your goals. During your professional career preparation work, many college students will use and use the personal coaching and information available to them during your career preparation. One such example would be if you were working in the college office and your professional career plan was to become a physician when your student worked there. This is when you should put your professional skills to work. With time spent in this manner college students will feel a sense of confidence in their ability to live and work in a professional setting while on their professional career progress because they can have an easier time working with others while they work in a clinic. Your college counselor will recommend that professional health care professionals develop a quality professional plan. This professional plan will provide real life information on the areas of responsibility and care, such as your ability to meet your needs and your health needs. It will also provide an opportunity for you to participate in career development activities that will serve as key to your professional success including volunteering or volunteering. By doing this, you will make real decisions concerning your health care and health needs in your life. After assessing my professional goals it became evident that working in health care management in any health care facility is my career goal but prefer a career in a hospital or a private care health care office. I want to obtain experience in the health care field and focus on attaining my ultimate career goals. Becoming a health care administrator requires many steps to reach my goal of a position in a health care facility. The first step is to continue my education and achieve my masters degree and a commitment to professional development. While working on my education it is important to obtain experience as a health care manager. This can be accomplished by networking, job searches, volunteering, an internship, or job shadowing. Another source is The American College of Healthcare Executives offers an opportunity for networking and information sharing. When considering the many issues in health care an organization such as the American College of Healthcare Executives foundation founded to be health care leaders of hospitals, hospital, and healthcare organizations. The American College of Healthcare Executives will assist individuals in making a positive and informed decision about a career as a heath care administrator by providing resources such as career services, continuing education, and resume services, which will assist in my career goals (American College of Healthcare Executive, 2008).
Health administrators are responsible for managing a health care facility by ensuring the medical staff always provides optimal patient care and that the facility is complying with regulations set by the government and the Joint Commission. Health administrators are also responsible for budgeting; overseeing medical purchasing and delivery, interviewing, and hiring staff. They are also attentive to detail, and educating the local community on what services are offered at the health care facility and also organizing health fairs in the community (Cole, 1998). As a health administrator I will be successful if my focus is on running the health care facility like a business because the success of a business is dependent on good management skills and will attest to me success as a health administrator.
