Nonverbal communication is a form of demonstrative communication. One will discuss the way we communicate without saying a word. By using facial expression and body language this will speak of how to present oneself at a meeting or presentation also how the body and facial gesture can show confidence and credibility.

When one communicates without using gestures or written words nonverbal communication. This is another way of using the body to communicate instead of using words. By body language, such as eye contact, body movement, Hand gestures as well facial gestures (2011 Cherry).

The first is body language. In this one uses the body parts instead of words for example while doing some work on the computer and a coworker comes by and wants to talk. If one is not busy he or she may wave the coworker to come on in this would be a positive response. When a person is busy he or she might roll his or her eyes or take his, or her hand, and wave him or her by the office this is a negative response. In both cases these response was nonverbal. Every person is constantly responding to nonverbal cues such as facial expression and how one moves the body.

When, shaking hands with a person one must decide how he or she wants to approach other people, for example, if one has a good strong grip this might tell the other person who he or she is this shows that one has strength and confidence. Whereas, a light or soft grip might suggest that one is weak and unsure of himself. This also sends a negative nonverbal response.

The way we dress and carry ourselves are another way of nonverbal communication. A person who dresses in conservative clothing and has confidence this show a positive response. Then a person who dresses like a bum and is unsure of him or herself this would bring about a negative nonverbal response.

One must watch what one does with their hands, legs, feet as well as their whole body. First facial expression when someone is happy people will smile his or her face will change the eyes will brighten and his or her cheeks will rise. If he or she is angry he or she will stare intently at the person he or she is angry with and their eyebrows will also lower. If one is sad it will also show in the eyes and the mouth will be turned down. If surprised a persons eyes and mouth will open widely.(2009) Critical thinking.

Hands say many things about a person. One must keep their hand completely away from the mouth because when one puts their hands over their mouth it can send out a signal that one is not interested in the conversation and not listening to them.

One can make some positive speaking with ones hands by
