Growth Mindset 2
There are two types of mindsets, there is a fixed mindset and growth mindset. You must choose what kind of mindset you wish to have, a fixed mindset is a mind that closed when it comes to learning, and it is saying that failure defines you, when you look inside yourself to find your true passion and purpose, it is like you are searching for a hidden inherent thing. You stick with what you know just to keep up you confidence, you look at the outcome and when you fail at something you feel as though all was just a waste of time, you will say that you will try to do something but never try and make an effort to do it, you try and hide your flaws so that no one would judge you. Now the growth mindset is completely different, they will look at their flaws and it is like a to-do-list of thing to improve and will work on doing it, they will keep their confidence by always pushing into the unfamiliar, and always making sure they are learning, their failures are always a temporary setback for them, and it is always about the process, and not the outcome.
