Casey SmithPhil 102-4001 Chapter Presenation 6 Feb 2017Chapter two         Chapter two discussed two kinds of reasoning and arguments. This was a group project that I feel could of went better than it did. I feel after this experience, I will now accept the offer teachers give when a group project can be done individually. Luckily, I gained new knowledge and information on reasoning and arguments.        I enjoy presenting and teaching to others. I do not fear a crowd, and I feel what needed to be addressed in the chapter, was. Getting the message addressed to the crowd is the key point, and it must be taught and cared for. Anyone can read off a slide, and not know a clue about what they are talking about. Effort is key in a group presentation, and unfortunately that was not the case. Presentations stick with you and the knowledge gained will most likely always be remembered. It’s a very effective tool, and beneficial, however it’s not supposed to be easy. Time, effort, knowledge, and collaboration needs to be presented for a successful outcome.
Overall, it was an experienced learned and I’m thankful that it got done, regardless of the conflicts faced. I do feel the presentation could have been stronger and more examples could have been used. I enjoyed the game the most and plan to use it one day in my own classroom.  I’ve never made a game using technology and phones, however, I feel the class enjoyed it. Experience are what help you better yourself in the future. Learning from them will only create a better outcome. Group presentations can be very effective in learning and teaching, however the choice of the group I feel, is what matters the most.
