Pursuing MBA from Great Lakes Institute of Management will be the first step towards my aspiration. With the skillsets acquired, thereafter I aim to reach the top management level by taking up a leadership role and be an instrumental part in fostering my organizationâs growth.Through my professional experience, I have honed my teambuilding, technical and interpersonal skills which has greatly attributed to my persona. On this foundation of basic insights of the business world, I urge for an exhaustive understanding of management concepts which will help me deal with the emerging management issues. We have to be really competitive. All management roles in any company have to fulfil a set of challenges which includes hiring the right talent to perform at the best level in the industry. I have always studied the business concept of management and its various issues. I have used all the knowledge in the industry to understand and implement managerial practices. What is more important to understand?1. The ability to execute certain business strategies in a systematic fashion. I am also aware of the importance of effective decision making on both a macro and macro level. This is where I find myself in my career. Management is one aspect of IT management.2. The quality of the company’s management. The company’s management needs are also a major motivator to manage. All the employees I want to attract have to be good workers which means the company will be able to make money.3. The level of service available to the team. As an inveterate employee of the company and in addition to my experience of IT business, I also have an amazing knowledge of management strategy. As of right now and as it is, I need to learn to operate a business with the right team. 4. The quality of the organisation’s management. I find that one of the chief motivators is the quality of the organisational and organisation of our organisation. This may mean having to run a business on a tight budget for the long-term to make money from it, but I need to realise the need to understand how management operates in the context of the business that it is designed to operate. Of course, there is always the possibility of problems – especially in the context of a company without any organisational structure and without a functioning business order which I am aware of. However no matter how well it goes I feel like I am progressing from the company without any trouble.5. The business logic with its business model. In the case of our company, the business model is based around the concept of management. However, if I had to choose one organisation to lead a business and then decide to lead a business as a management consultant, it is in the company operating as management business that I will have the best chance to achieve success. By doing this I could put myself in a position to successfully lead our organization.6. The organisational structure for our company. I want to lead a company with the most effective organisational plan and at the same time I will be of good morals and not be bullied as a ‘soft’ personality. If I want to work for a company outside of my main role, I will have to keep an open mind to those aspects which will allow me to focus on other aspects of the business.
