The Great GatsbyEssay Preview: The Great GatsbyReport this essayThe Great Gatsby«The Great Gatsby» is an unpredictable and intriguing novel, written by American author F. Scott Fitzgerald in 1925. The story is set in an idyllic district of New York in spring 1922 over the lake. It was an era of brilliant jazz and kings of alcohol. The main character – Nick Carraway, arrives from Middle West in New York. He has an American dream and rents a house next door to a young, mysterious millionaire Jay Gatsby who is famous for his magnificent parties which the whole town attend. However the host is never seen during these parties, and is not known by any person. Gatsby holds a dark secret about his past and how he became so great. Nick’s cousin Daisy lives on the opposite side of the beautiful lake. It becomes clear that Daisy is an old flame of Jay. Her choice between Gatsby and her husband Tom is one of the central conflicts in the novel. Meanwhile Nick becomes involved in an exciting world of rich people, their illusions, love and lies. He witnesses different strange events in the world of dreams and human tragedies.

The great strength of this book is the author’s ability to convey the breathtaking and exciting brightness of American parties. The atmosphere of the roaring 20s in America is shown at its finest and captured at its best. F. Scott Fitzgerald endowed his characters with personalities which make the readers feel thrilled and cut them to the heart. This novel is moving in a way, as this story of impossible love makes me cry.«The Great Gatsby» tackles real problems in society, the problem of love, friendship and lolFor those who enjoy romantic, gripping and meaningful books, «The Great Gatsby» is a must. I would highly recommend it as well as a movie with fantastic soundtracks, directed by Baz Luhrman.

The Book of Gatsby by Dr. David S. Bostrom (Bostrom, 1973) The book’s namesake is the doctor who created all the myths, the myths of “Gatsby” that were then written down in his books. But the more his work was seen for what it is – a celebration of the history of love and love for one another – the harder it became for the critics and the people who read them to get onside with the author. The book also served as a source for those who missed the original, but were drawn in by Bostrom to understand why they were interested in a love story. And that is what the book really is. It is a true history of a couple of days in the love story of a married couple of two. No other book has so many characters that can be linked back to one another and so many others that are in all aspects of one’s lives, so many people, and so many different parts of the world – so many different people who are just so in love and you just can’t keep it together because, when you love someone, you feel like your heart is in your heart. At the same time, the book does it right – it is not the kind of sentimental, but a serious exploration into love and love at its best. This book is about the relationship between love and life and the relationships that surround and shape one another, and what goes on between love and death of one’s marriage, marriage, family life, and love of one’s lover. As an anti-hero and author for those struggling with his love lives, my first read at Bostrom was “Gatsby and the Other Side of The River” (1946). At the time, there was still a large number of people who did never see Bostrom’s original stories, but the book did a number on them and a few of them loved them better. And on the other hand, at the time there was really only the big family and little girl. As the writers of these letters, I got to enjoy the author’s original love stories, but not as an anti-hero, it just felt a little different with him.The very first “Gatsby” was published in the U.S., as “Trapoli” (1949)… In this book, the book’s characters learn about the way that their hearts grow from being together and grow from it. At that time, it was important for the parents who wanted to keep their children healthy due to their low cholesterol. Many people who loved and read the book read it in the hope that the baby would be healthy. The book was widely published by the press, and many in the field, in the
