Meaning of Tourism:Tourism is a business which provides various facilities to the tourists such as accommodation, information, transportation etc. Now days, one of the biggest sector of Commerce is Tourism (Lwoga N.B,2011)Technology??????Technology is considered as a use of scientific knowledge especially in industry. Technology advancement has made the human life easier and better. It is used in every sphere of life whether household or Industrial. Tourism sector is also not remained untouched. Now it has turned to E-Tourism 9 (Buhalis, D., & Law, R. (2008).

This report also shows the purpose of the visit which gives information that why more and more people coming to specific destination It can be said that people may go to other places either to migrate or having fun. All these things are possible only with the technology advancement. As it’s not possible to go visit every time a place to make a decision. When the things will be made available online tourists can plan their trip accordingly.MORE INVESTMENT IN TECHNOLOGY TO ATTAIN GREAT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:In this report more emphasis is given to the investors to invest more in technology relating to tourism industry. More technology advancement leads to more customer satisfaction (Bue-Said, J. L. 2016). All the countries are taking initiative to attract more customers. Mainly the investors should take measures for the growth of tourism industry.
