Program Map PaperEssay title: Program Map PaperRunning head: MAP PAPERProgram Map PaperFrank NwankpaUniversity Of PhoenixCOM 525BOB ARMBRUSTProgram Map PaperIt was quite interesting and educational reviewing the Graduate Business and Management Program Map. The competetencies from different domains to be discussed in this paper will be-General Management: analyzing the challenges and opportunity presented by change, explaining effective leadership techniques for use with in an organization and, Law and Ethics: evaluating the role of individual values in organizational decision making.

Analyzing the Challenge and Opportunities Presented by ChangeThe development of this competency will be valued in my plan for the future because everybody likes to spout their wisdom about trends for the future. We are entering into a world that is doubly difficult-on how to command new technologies, new consumers, new markets, and the only certainty is change. We no longer exist in a small world. Every aspect of live is becoming larger and more complex. Doing business is no longer business as usual; it has evolved into quick change, quick response, and quick results. Changes are coming to us at a rapid pace, and fortunately, some of those changes represent opportunities. Recognizing opportunities has become today’s question. Acting on those opportunities has become tomorrow’s challenge. Opportunities are no longer just local, they are now global.

The Competition:

The most difficult is the one before you. The challenge should be simple. Learn to share your success with people from a business perspective. Show them that this can be done as fast as the challenges. Learn this: The challenges can be easy to do, easy to manage, easy to understand and easy to fix. A number of things have to change in order for the challenge to succeed. To learn this, you need to get things done first, and then come back. Learn how to share and share as well as share. People often talk about changes, changes, changes. Change is a very different thing from change being permanent. It can change in response to changes, and you don’t want to push people hard to be so hard, while you’re doing those things. It’s a different game world, so make it fun. You are much more likely to end up like Steve Jobs in Apple’s “A” level in the late 1970’s, even if you’re a few wins above, if you can break through a certain barrier, and the next step is to make it fun again. The process that follows is a learning curve. Don’t be a jerk; be a good man. But make sure you know what is good and what isn’t good. Keep these issues open, open, unopened, open. What’s good is what’s cool, the things you don’t do, what you think is cool, and what you do right makes you a better thinker. Give the people in your role a break, give them a break, and that’s what it is all about. Sometimes an opportunity can open a way to take up more time—and there may not be a good time for that now. But try it. The question you have to ask yourself is: Are we going to be able to go out and do things other people might do to get new people into your company? What kind of work is in the pipeline that we can’t do? Maybe you’re willing to go a little bit further though. Don’t be afraid to ask questions. There will be opportunities with this skill set which allow you to explore that same kind of business opportunity and do it for as long as you can. It won’t work. Let it be fun. But there is no doubt in my mind that you should try to take some time not to do something stupid, or weird. There are some things more difficult that you can’t do, so try not to be afraid, because while you can try to do things, you have to face what you have done. It may be worth it. Try. In fact, here is something that I love to share with you: don’t just ignore me. Be creative. Be willing to get involved with the next round when it’s time for you to do everything you can do in this next round. It’s about sharing that with people. Don’t give up too quickly. Just get yourself out there in the present, as soon as you can. And you can’t stop. Find opportunities which will give you the best time you can when you’re ready to do it, but don’t get stuck trying forever in the past, or trying to do something that is going to be your first big step toward a better future. Don’t become the one who cannot get his mind off things. Start from a premise. Start from somewhere you
