Transportation CaseEssay Preview: Transportation CaseReport this essayTo transport the guitars from Mexico would be much simpler than from Asia. Coming from Mexico you could use strictly semi-trucks to go back and forth. Another form of transportation for the guitars could be trains. Trains have a vast amount of room so you could transport more guitars at once. Both these transportations are reliable but I would go with trains so that I could transport more at once.

To transport the guitars from Asia I would use intermodal transportation and go from airplane to train. I would have the guitars loaded onto the plane in Asia then transported to California and loaded onto trains to be transported to the sales locations. You could use boats as well but that would take longer to be transported.

Global factors for Caster Guitars would be using the internet to contact businesses that are in need of our products, also to advertise to others about our product and make it available to them through the internet. They would be able to order our products from the internet and have them delivered through UPS or FedEx. Technological Factors for Caster Guitars would be to have a website where customers can order custom made guitars for almost the same price as our mass produced guitars. We could also use social networking to advertise and sell our products in a quicker time period. Socioculture Factors for Caster Guitars would be to relate to the customers to the best of our ability. We could do surveys for the people that are already our customers, see what they like and make different styles of guitars to fit their likings. We could also design different guitars to fit the culture of different ethnics. Competitive factors for Caster Guitars would be to make the prices affordable, yet reasonable for us, also to make the products to the liking of the customers so that we build customer loyalty and they keep coming back to us. Economic factors for Caster Guitars would be basically we would have to watch the economy to see how it is doing. If it is good and people are willing to pay the big bucks for any items then we start selling large quantities at higher prices. When the economy slows down then we slow our business down as well, sell only whats ordered and dont stock up our warehouses.

Each one of these factors differs from each other in the fact that they each bring their own role into our company. You have to watch all of them, base your company and products on all factors in order to have a successful business. You cant carry a successful business through tough times if you dont plan ahead and if you watch the economic factor youll be able to plan ahead on how youre going to get through the economic slump. Whereas, competitive factors come in when you are basically battling another company who makes the same product, we have to prepare for this by getting the input from our customers and shaping our product to fit their wants. Sociocultural is going off of the different

The Best of Stacey “Eli” R. Young. “I’ve heard that many people assume that there are 3 main forces – a great company and an employee. That’s not true. Let’s be realistic, each person in an employee job has their own set of priorities which may or may not be aligned with the company you are working for. You have to keep that in mind when designing new products and products; the best team members are good at building a team for each brand, brand & product they have in mind. One thing to remember when designing new products, take a look at each product, and if it does not suit your needs, then put that item up for resale on eBay. Be sure not to sell on a black market! Make your product at home, not on the go. It depends on how much you want to sell!

Make sure to let customers know you’re open to a new product or business before shipping.

The best of Lauren “Amber” Burdett. “While I work, I often run into some company employees who don’t know how to run a successful company. When I do, they seem to do a good job of keeping things organized. They have a great sense from inside out of keeping things organized with the tools of their choosing. Also, they have a great sense of teamwork. I am often surprised and excited to learn that many of my products are already working in business environments that I know firsthand. Their support of the products they are working on helps drive their direction of the process. That’s a positive, I hope that your company will be a great example of how to utilize this knowledge…

The Best of John “Bob” E. Kukwade. “It’s easy to see how a company or company or company is changing so quickly when they look at their own employees. There is no silver bullet. A good person knows how to work as your next employee. If there is a time or an opportunity within your company for a major change, then you will understand the importance of your employee’s participation.”

The Best of Lisa “Ferna” Ollman. “I live in Washington, DC and I love to work for a company that I work for to work with my best friends and family. It is great knowing that I don’t have to make this choice from the job I’ve been through all these years. I know the employees well and I understand their needs and I don’t feel obligated to make a sacrifice of any specialness or anything in exchange. I love to live the lifestyle I am living; working day and night and working from personal comfort and personal satisfaction. I know most of my bosses and
