QUALITY CONTROL MANAGEMENT 2
Problem Description
Bottling facility periodically tests its bottling function under quality control department. To study and control manufacturing process 60 samples with 3 observations total 180 bottled products were chosen from different shifts over several days of operation. Products were measured that from bottled limit to cap in millimeters. Expected result is operating is in control.

In order to decide if operating in control or not, I will create control charts with given data.
Methods
I used X charts and R charts in order to measure quality control of output. Output of the process is measured in length. Argument is if bottles were bottled with enough drink. Measured length is between bottled limit and cap of bottle in millimeter. Since defective items were not given I did not use p chart and np chart for quality control. Standard was set as 3.4 millimeter.
