Farm Aid
I have done a few things in my life but going to an all day, outdoor, music festival was not one of them. I was thinking of things to do to surprise Eric, when on the radio I heard about this Farm Aid Concert. It was to benefit family farmers, and was headed up by Kenny Chesney, John Cougar Mellencamp, Willie Nelson, and best of all Dave Matthews. I knew that Eric would kill for tickets to this show, and he had no idea it even existed. I went to the mall and got tickets from ticketmaster. When we got into the tweeter center, there were just masses of people all around, thousands upon thousands of people all there for the music. After two four dollar hot dogs and a six dollar sprite, we made our way to the lawn to see what kind of position we could get. That day was one of the hottest all summer. We stood in line with about a thousand other people to get our official “Farm Aid T-Shirts” for twenty five dollars a pop. Then went to rent lawn chairs and find a good seat. We sat
