Without workers a society would fall apart. Each role is equally as important. There must be leaders and there must be followers. The question is what qualifies a person as a leader and what makes a person a follower? Some people would answer gender, social status, or race. Indeed, gender is a huge factor in deciding who does what task in a society. Women are excluded from certain roles in the nation’s military. They are also defined and almost condemned to certain roles in the public and private spheres of our society.

The role of women in a political world
This is the most important aspect to consider for women empowerment. Women have in common a fundamental and unquestioned role to offer and an obligation to lead the struggle for social justice. In a democracy, these two roles can only be fulfilled by female politicians. In that sense, women are women who have fought for social equity, autonomy, and a fair share of power. They have had the power to help ensure fair access, and their involvement in ensuring the rule of law and freedom of expression have led to a greater willingness in the United States, Europe, and elsewhere to play a more effective role in international affairs.
As we are developing the United States in this century, we must always remember that in order to be successful in a given economic and political situation, a woman must do her part. In a country where one in three young people are women, a country with one in four women, a nation where one in three young people are women, and there is some form of gender violence involving sexual and gender-based rape, all these factors exist to help a woman be more accountable to her individual and group needs.
Women have a greater role in providing empowerment, to make sure women receive justice, and in providing health care and education to women. In the Middle East, women’s empowerment is critical. In America’s own community of scholars, many experts believe women have to lead as a unit. Women of color have the potential to inspire and inspire other women in our communities and society to strive for human rights through their participation.
As the majority of women in the United States, we need to take all the necessary steps to ensure women are treated fairly and in accordance with their individual and group needs. Women and girls have a role in ensuring that our government is committed to protecting human rights and the common good. Through our democratic and representative process, we can protect every important human rights, provide education, work and social assistance to all women, promote and preserve healthy health, work in communities, and promote respect for human rights to all our most vulnerable children.
And while a woman’s role as a leader in a government has traditionally been the role of a child, in the 1990s and early 2000s, all of us recognized that government as a social order was not capable of meeting the needs of women as leaders. Our culture’s role in encouraging women to play the leadership role under the leadership system has been particularly striking. Thereafter, many women across the globe have found ways to make the government more accountable to their individual and group goals.
