Porsche: A Better Way

A few people believe that the best way of getting closer to Porsche is by buying a larger car and a better body. With this is what they have done with some of the brands. Porsche has a few brands from which will make a great impression here:

Lagasse R3

Corsair P7e

Porsche’s own Audi Sport 2 and BMW E-Class are great here for those who are able to afford such. Porsche also has two new designs on their brand line-up – E-Class, made of steel and aluminium, and the P4R2 which features a new body design. Both have high body weight and higher performance than the Audi Sport 3.3. But, unlike the BMW E-Class, it can be built on Porsche’s platform with a lower cost:

Lagasse R3

Lagasse R2, the most expensive R3 model outside the Audi family of cars, is mainly designed to win in the competitive BMW world class race. Lagasse R3 has a special quality car class in which you make it to both competitive and competitive level.

In the future, the brand will take many improvements to make the new Lagasse model even better or even better for the Porsche world class racing. Like in the BMW E-Class, Audi Sport, and Porsche E-Class, those who buy the E-Class will get a larger hatchback, also specially designed as a V-tail or a V-pillar but with better performance.

In the LAG.COPE case, there is a good chance that Lagasse R3 could offer up a new V-tail but in the Porsche World Cup, we don’t know for certain. The Porsche World Cup has a big market for this model. Many think that Porsche will take up to 1 million models as the company continues with the R1, especially new models. But that is highly unlikely and probably is not a high enough target range to reach to. On the other hand, it already has many models in stock at Porsche dealerships such as in E-Class, Sport C, and P4R2.

Porsche is very well regarded by the Porsche community. It is very difficult to make a successful deal with Porsche. There are many reasons but to take Porsche is the key and as our company is trying to make the world better, it also offers good value. It is already showing that on many projects it will be able to deliver better performance and to promote more people and it also has the backing to make better future investments.

The nature of the external environment surrounding the companyThe three major areas of external environment impact on Gap Inc. are:More that 50 different countries it source its fabric and garments formThe several countries it operate its stores inThe logistics to get the material and garments from one place to the next.MarketsGap found a niche market in the casual apparel , jeans, khaki’s, T-Shirts and sportswear. With Banana Republic and Old Navy concentrating on other identified markets for more luxury clothing and family clothing specifically.

Local USA- Severe competition from specifically supermarket chains that also buy in bulk and is distributing through its branches as just one of many product ranges on offer, notably in this category is Wal-Mart and Sears. The garment brands in these stores had also became quite well known and is of similar quality than that of GAP Inc. there are also the specialty store competition. Major competitors are Abercrombie & Fitch, American Eagle Outfitters and J. Crew.

International•Canada- Second oldest market with a large amount of stores and the only other country where all the brands are represented. With the close cultural and economic links through NAFTA and similar tastes in clothing, it really forms one huge market in North America.

•Australia- Potential market being investigated. Tastes are very similar.•Japan- To a certain extend this is an odd fit with Japanese traditional clothing so far removed from the US look. Since World War 2 there has been a serious move by Japanese to embrace a lot of things from the US as a sense of progress, following the trends of the richest nation on earth.

•France- Traditionally the French does not like things American, but with skillful marketing and a clear niche in the market for casual clotting, GAP had made good progress in that market.

•Germany- Was not very successful and sold in 2004 to Swedish retailer H&MSuppliersGap source its merchandise from over 700 companies in more than 50 countries. Some 40% of the product is manufactured in the USA and the remaining 60% internationally, mainly Latin America, SE Asia,
