When we are focusing on productivity we have no problem with it. When we see these 10 processes in action though, then they are the top 10 decisions that I would say are the most important to you if you are a service manager here.

In order to have an efficient production process the company needs to be able to find new work quickly, so that it is not overworked. This also has a positive impact on its value – the company can be able to use its own resources as the productive resource, if it knows how to find work quickly enough to get the job done.

But when it comes to efficiency, this is also where automation of the work force becomes relevant because it may impact their productivity. That is the problem that your company faces and I’d like you to answer. Do you believe in the importance of the value you bring by adding value to your work force? Your productivity of an operation is very important compared to what it means for your employees on this basis.

When looking at productivity, the difference between the productivity and their own value is very real. You will see that the value of your employees does not depend on how they perform, they are all good by themselves.
