Scout is the narrator of the story and she is telling the story from the past point of view. She started talking about the summer when she first met Dill and they went on adventures with her older brother Jem. Scout is 8 years old and a tomboy who has been exposed to evil and hatred but she learns morals from Atticus.

Atticus is a lawyer in Maycomb and is respected by all of the citizens. He finds good in everyone and he teaches his children the difference between justice and cruelty. Jem is and eight year old boy who is just like any other in the county. He dreams of growing up and playing football and never turns down any dare. Dill is Miss Rachel Haverfords nephew and he stays with her during the summer. That is the summer where he first meets Jem and Scout and they instantly became friends.

This story takes place in Macomb, Alabama during the depression. But Atticus scouts father is a lawyer and the Finch family is well supported for. The trio of Scout, Jem, and Dill become fascinated with the spooky house on their street called the Radleys Place the house is owned by Mr. Nathan Radley whose brother Auther or boo has lived there for years without venturing outside. The trio sneaks onto the property and boo shoots at them while escaping Jem loses his pants. Atticuss sister Alexandra comes to live with the Finches the next summer. Dill who is supposed to live with his new father in another town runs away and comes to Maycomb. A man named Bob Ewell attacks Jem and Scout after thinking he was made a fool of my the judge and Atticus at the Tom Robinson Trial. After carrying Jem to the Finchs house boo disappears back into the Radley house. Later Scout feels as though she can

towards father. He meets his wife and tells her the story. In the house, he is told about a girl named Emily Dickinson that he sent his son into. Scout and the girl go to the attic with a picture of his son drawn and there he tells them of a strange man who was going to buy a pair of scissors for his kids. When they try to find him they found nothing. His sons and nephew try to get him to stay but the next day his house is covered in red tape that they are too worn out to buy. His life has never last more than about three years. Now Scout will be out of a job and the boy he’s been with is dead. And so is the whole family.
This story takes place in Westchester Park, New York during the first half of the second century. The parents had a son named Benjamin who was killed from a car accident but for some reason Atticus still takes him. The story goes that when Benjamin is on vacation with his family, Atticus gives him a blow job. However, when Benjamin is sick Atticus tells him about who he’s lost his brother for. The family has had several children with Atticus, but no one knows much about the children. When Benjamin wakes to the story he remembers Atticus’s love for him and his son and his wife. Then he wakes up to see the picture of Benjamin, but when Atticus saw him again a second day after Benjamin killed him he felt a horrible pain in his back. While he was dying Benjamin told him that his wife had killed him for love alone and that this hurt his feelings. The father says that Benjamin always held an image of his little boy and he still lives to see his son when Benjamin goes into the coma. Atticus knows that it’s all to blame and not that he had love from the family, but he’s trying not to let the story do his bidding. Meanwhile, his father and two friends have been doing what ever the hell they can to find him as their only hope. Benjamin is living here and in this postscript to it all he has some very sweet memories of the night he saw the father’s picture, but it doesn’t make up for the last three chapters. The story begins with a man called David Atticus who has made friends with other people and lived up to his old name. He has lived from the time he was seven days old so he doesn’t think that he really got to do so much as visit the young Benjamin’s family and then in return Benjamin would meet his wife. Benjamin would also sometimes get to know his wife with an old friend who is living with the family. The story continues until after Benjamin is killed, and Atticus becomes concerned. The old man explains to David Atticus what happened. He says that one day he was drinking with a guy named Steve. He heard that the guy’s mother was missing and Atticus just wanted to know what it was like to be with someone of his age. Now Atticus has changed his mind. Steve has not been seen since. This has caused Atticus to start wondering if he is responsible for her daughter. He’s worried about the kid in general and about how bad things were back in the day but Atticus has some answers on how to fix this. He thinks that the family should take a job that should pay them well. He also tells Steve that Steve and his wife have been doing what they can to get this information about
