Bill for Free Community College
In The Senate February 25, 2016 Senators Dulcy Scott and Gabriella Maldonado introduce the following bill,Which was referred to the committee on February 25th 2016. To establish a free community college for all citizens who have rightfully abide all federal laws throught out their personal life time. To be imposed by the senate and house of representatives of the united states in congress connived, proving this bill eligibly adds on to Article 1 Section 8 Clause 8- to promote the progress of science and useful arts, by securing for limited time to authors and inverters the exclusive right to their respected writings and discoveries. This law will socially redeem knowledge obtained in public schooling by our nations youth, proceeding into the early stages of adult hood to continue the learning processes in more specific areas. Therefore ,in regards to the national concern of the plummeting numbers of our scholastic population of citizens with the ability to provide for our nations foreign defenses, the opportunity to obtain free community college will allow an increase in domesticated occupations. In order to acquire the meninges of allowing law abiding, first year out of grade school citizens a free education through community college to pursue any profession, there must be intentions on bestowing a positive impact in the United States Government The ruling upon which this law will be enforced is to be mandated under state and federal observation to which any Dean, President, or hierarchy power will administer the following tests to assure only the top priority citizens receive the correct schooling. *Illegal substance usage *State and Federal background *Placemen testing By imposing a tax of a fraction of a percent on wall street speculators who have attempted economy destruction, we will be more than able to provide the free education for our upcoming leaders.
