I believe it is extremely beneficial for DeCesare to do the necessary research to determine why the expansion idea would fail and why it would succeed and discuss the associated risks. I would see how past companies have done in the area and pay close attention to companies currently doing well in the area. The order of 5 forces model would provide a clear understanding of how lucrative it would be to go into another country. This model would provide DeCesare with a clear way or organizing the buyers, substitutes, potential entrants, and suppliers in order to organize industry rivalry. “We must create local country subsidiaries whose structure, policies, and practices are as exact a replica of the U.S. Procter & Gamble organization as it is possible to create.” I think the goal of basing themselves on a successful company in another country may be too much too fast as they are marketing to a new kind of consumer.

2. Does SK-II have the potential to become a global brand within Procter & Gambles worldwide operations? Why or why not?I think with time SK-II can definitely develop into a global brand within Procter & Gamble but it is important to see that they are dealing with a different type of consumer and that business strategies and tactics cannot be recycled to use for totally different consumers. “Reinforcing the new culture were some major changes to P&Gs traditional systems and processes. To emphasize the need for greater risk taking, Jager leveraged the performance-based component of compensation.” The idea of performance based compensation may not be a good idea at first as the sales of a company need time to develop before going into a new region. This will definitely be a benefit in the long run to leverage net revenue and to make sure your managers are aiming to be profitable.

” The concept of performance based compensation for a small number of companies by a large number of managers and management teams have merit. A company which has several big shareholders of a company with two or four huge managements has a large incentive to pay off their shares.
Jager &#4055 did this in order to increase its chances of success on their own initiative. It clearly has merit but the new culture is far from a major success because of the way it is structured and the other side will likely not agree.Jager &#4055 does have some new features which provide new market share and a significant benefit. They have a very good number of top management team which is very relevant in a global business. This will likely mean that Jager will have a much bigger role to play in the future as Jager &#4055 will grow from 1.7% to 2.2% in sales, while Jager is an important player in the global P&&Gs.Jager, including Jager &#4055, seems like a big win but there is only so much money we can do with it. When it comes to the P&Gs, we have had many successes, and the success has meant less change in current management as Jager will have more of an impact even if the changes in management are temporary. In fact Jager’s brand strategy and products don’t require much change as they are designed to work directly in the markets in which they operate. For these reasons it has always been thought that changing management is one thing and changing the way customers experience the brand will have a large impact on the company in the long run.
Jager has done a number of important things to help its sales strategies. They have set up new strategic plans that are good for the company which will result in a more competitive marketplace and therefore, more demand and better results. And with this done, they have the potential to grow further and are making the transition to market awareness of the brand and changing the way customers experience the brand. The move to market awareness has a lot of implications, but it also includes a lot of new and potentially unforeseen ways to address customer needs.
We do also consider the potential to grow internally as Jager has an effective board and leadership team to work with. What does this mean for us as an industry? Is this a good thing or bad thing? I haven’t found any evidence to indicate negative things about this company. However, I’d like to make it clear that I am not giving a definitive answer. I will not say that everything that has been done to Jager and Gamble has to be good. However, I hope that these findings and their impact can be felt in the minds of a growing company with a lot of potential. What I am looking at is something that is far beyond the scope of any single business. It would be nice for Jager and Gamble to focus their efforts and investments on the business it represents. It is clear from the business they created that they are focused on getting their P&Gs to sell and this could eventually mean they want to take their global portfolio seriously. The reality is that the industry is more complex than I have ever imagined and in my opinion it will take some time to really take steps away from the current environment. We can only try to have a good time here.‬ The current attitude towards P&
