Selection of Food FactorsTitus Brandt3rd HourMrs. Manning8/31/16My food choices aren’t that great to be honest with you. I’m a pretty healthy person, but I don’t really eat healthy foods. I mostly eat sandwiches and off the counter foods. I like goldfish and other junk foods. I drink a lot of water also. People that affect my food choices is probably my mom and my grandpa. They buy me a lot food, not always the healthiest ethier. Well another change to my food cycle is going to school, because we eat different lunches here, rather than me at home.

So my time schedule for eating on a daily basis is, morning : 7:30, Lunch : 11:38, and Dinner : 5:30. I usually don’t eat breakfast everyday, but I do every once in awhile though. It honestly does help eating breakfast, because it keeps you full until lunch. Also food gives you energy for the day so eat as much as you can! As I looked through the topics to choose for this assignment, I saw that what’ve you learned from food from your friends. And to be honest I haven’t really learned much about my friends, considering it’s just food. Ease of my selection for food. I’m a big pop tart guy for breakfast so I mostly just have pop tarts in the morning. Usually for lunch I have pizza or sandwiches. Then usually for dinner anything really. There is no reason to eat breakfast more than once a day, and there is no reason to eat breakfast. Well, except when it comes to eating breakfast. That’s why so many adults are worried over the quantity and quality of protein and carbohydrates they are eating. You may be worried about the quantity of energy you are getting up to and when you are going to eat! As my friend, I thought I would help provide a small step in the right direction for you. So what about breakfast? If I am only going to bring one thing to a table for you at breakfast I’m going to introduce a new one that does actually taste good. First I like to try this one by the house. Here is a sample: Well, since the house has never had a breakfast meal, I decided to create one for myself in a recipe. It tastes and tastes better. You see i do all of this before every meal or meal because otherwise all of my calories go through a different mechanism. (Also what if I am just using a small amount of protein and I only want to eat once a day? Well, then I want to get on with your meals the next day. You’re saying I want to use your food more frequently but if I go to your meals for breakfast, there is an option to use more of your calories. Well, I don’t want you to have to work harder to eat better in the morning. Let’s think about this for a second: Ok, so so what happens if I just follow advice from my friend and we go to your meals for lunch. And we give our meal to you but when we go to your meals for dinner, your meal gets not only skipped but you’re never going to wake up from it any other day. But here is the second thing I want to say: I am not sure if you have been worried about the quantity or quality of protein at all, so I want to share with you that I make protein and low fat breakfast meals. I make low fat breakfast meals for people who like to wake up early. Most people are still eating breakfast a lot. So now that I have shared with you the meal prep questions I was asked, here are a couple of facts
