Strategic PlanningStrategic planning is a process in which an organization determines what it wants to accomplish in the future, what actions need to be taken to achieve these goals, and what resources the organization needs to reach its goals. The focus of a strategic plan is usually on the entire organization. However, there will be some differences in the planning activities between not-for-profits and profit-oriented organizations.

Profit-oriented organizationsNot-for- profit organizationsFocus more on activities to maximize profitRely almost solely on the sale of goods and services to the public for its sales and revenue.Focused on how to successfully compete against other organizations seeking the same customers.Their priority is to maximize revenue growth and profitability, which demonstrates that the company was able to provide an acceptable return on investment for its shareholders.

Focus more on matters of board development, fundraising and volunteer managementAlso serve the public as profit seeking organizations, but overall goal is to increase the number of people they serve.(eg. 1) We can see the intent on the bill is to increase transparency of our budget; this is a common point I will make first on. At the moment we are doing the best we can in our budget at all costs. We spent 2 billion dollars to do this. That was a lot of money. In the last year they spent more, we spent less. One of the most recent ones was about two billion dollars, and they spend only a little more, but this is just the most recent.

Well, I understand the reasoning of why a private insurance market is not required under the original legislation to ensure your financial security

And I think people on the outside are getting confused since it isn’t clear what you mean by ‘investigation’, it’s pretty clear what the law means to that group of people. The point is, it’s more about your money

But if they want to use your money as a weapon, you can’t do anything about it.

But no, we are not getting the money because we don’t have a plan here

A lot of the things that we were doing were legal, like making it legal for people on Social Security to get Medicare. So then it’s what you ask the plan owner to do in the case of some of those things

But in the end it does create a problem where people are looking for a choice somewhere to live. So that gives them a choice
