This essay is a compilation of the works of some of its key participants, most notably Dolan-Hill, who co-authored the study, and was part of the lead authors of the original paper (P. J. Miller and S. J. Ellington) and later contributed to the publication of the journal’s preface and the text. Dolan-Hill was one of the main proponents for the paper’s development, and was considered the original source for the study’s contents (Baird et al., 2005). Dolan-Hill is currently employed by the Society of Behavioral and Brain Sciences (SBCB) of the University of Alberta in research on mental health issues and behavior. B. J. Miller and J. E. S. Ellington, also in Canada, first published the preface to Psycholinguistics: How to Make a Mental Health Psychology Phenomenon and edited for the edition of the SBCB journal, 2003 (Miller, 2002; Miller and S. J.E. S. Ellington, 2003; H. P. Ellington, 2004). They have also published numerous articles in journals including The Psycholinguist (2005) and The World Series of Psychology (2004). In this recent issue of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: Perspectives on Psychological Research (Baird et al., 2005), B. J. Miller presents a more technical introduction to the current issue’s subject matter, as well as the final product for publication to the Canadian Psychiatric Association later on.

For the next two lectures (pp. 9-10, 11-12), the first volume of this series will be a short chapter on the subject described in Figs 2 and 3, and by the author. The chapter will deal with the basic concept of the psychology of mind (the idea that the mind is an active system of neural connections). After this short chapter, the fourth section will be called Psychology and its relationship to the psyche and with the psychological effects of trauma. The sections in the other two volumes will concentrate on one specific point as well as one specific example (I’m happy to admit that these chapters will sometimes overlap to form a short video series).

The second volume of this series is the Psychology of Mind, Part 2, where the author will be discussing his first two works on the subject with the general audience. It will be published concurrently with the fifth volume of this series. For all of the next three lecture series that follow in the first couple of lectures (pp. 13-14), the author has selected four papers that he intends to give some kind of attention to here, and also to discuss the psychology of man (Pierce et al., 2005). The lectures will also deal with the subject of psychology. The topics of the previous lectures are:

– Philosophy of Psychological Studies

– Psychology of Man

– Psychology and Man: Is the Psychology of mind the Psychology of Man?

– Psychology of Man and the Psychology of Man: Is the Psychology of man the Psychology of Man?

– Psychological Science: A Critical Survey on Psychoanalytic Theory

– Psychological Neuroscience: The Structure Principle on which Man, Man’s Nature, and his Life

If you are interested in pursuing a career as a psychologist or psychologist, the current career options with respect to Psychology of mind are, respectively, psychology of psychology (psychology taught in the American Mind) and Psychology of man (
