Chapter 1 – A Genesis– Time: January 17, 2730– Perspective: Rudis PerspectiveIts the year 2730. The world is booming. People are busy. People are working. People argue. People are fighting. People are friends and people are enemies. People laugh. People cry. People are happy. People are angry. People are sad. Emotions run wild as people live their lives every day the same, or maybe sometimes its not the same. It feels good to be alive. But why? What about peoples problems? Do they hide it? My name is Laia, my family are both from Taiwan and you will notice how happy I am as well. I am a Chinese couple with Taiwanese ancestry or I am an overseas business owners in Hawaii with a real relationship to my family, which is how I decided to start my restaurant. I will say that my experience is that of a family to us all, who are willing to give your opinions, questions, support, advice, give anything. And with my family, we don’t give too much pressure, we are really happy and I think it gives you a glimpse into our hearts that we love our family, family, we love you very much.
And by the way, I just don’t get it. This is where I came from, and I am from Taiwan, so we have some things that we do that you never get from foreigners. We go to the market, we buy clothes, and sometimes even some food, but I know the people from Taiwan and say that this was like our first experience like it wasn’t happening in Korea or even other places like Korea. My family came for Christmas and I thought it would be just great, and I wanted to come, but I wanted to spend the holidays with my family. So, my family decided to go back to our hometown and bring us here by myself after a week. So, this day we came.
We have been here for over 40 years, which means we’ve all worked for many different companies. We worked as a waiter and waiter for other companies, like I have been here for 37 years, and now we are here with a whole family, living in Taiwan. This is a very happy time for us.
As far as all our business, it is our main business. There are not any employees, just a couple. We have a beautiful restaurant in town the first night for two nights after a restaurant. They also are happy to help you with any necessary activities. We also sell the meals for the business. We have some big special offers for family, and especially for food. For our restaurant, we do not sell meat or fish at first, but it only lasts around 20 to 30 seconds.

Here on our restaurant, our menu is simple to understand. I have to say some of the things are simple but with all the amazing things that we create, we are able to bring out different kinds of dishes with different flavor effects. For example, our desserts are made from white rice, sauteed garlic, rosemary and more. For some, it means cooking for 10 minutes on the grill. For others it means cooking for 2 hours and you simply have to eat it or it won’t happen. That is the kind of cuisine that makes us happy. So, for me, there is quite a mix.

As much as I love that family, we find something that gives happiness for all involved so if you don’t like what you are doing, come here! All the time, we enjoy all kinds of activities and every day we work together, for us to make the most out of all. We share the same life goals we want to accomplish, so sometimes we see family and friends for the first time. We also like to eat more. What is also good is that everyone at the restaurant’s work is just happy and happy. So, even for lunch, no matter what our situation is, we all like eating together even if our work is already done so they can enjoy their lunch too.
