My Team Working Experiene
Group work, I think everyone have been experienced it. I have been experienced my first group work during my secondary school which I joined Scout. As a member of Scout, I have joined Scout camping many time. Camping is a key part of the program of Scouting. It is used to teach team work and self – reliance.
There are a lot of members participating in the camping so it is hard to lead the members. To ensure the camping run smoothly, we have been divided into few small groups.
In each few small group, one of the member will be appointed as a group leader. Group leader will delegate the task to the members. Groups work is very important during camping because everyone needed to work together to achieve the goal, likes setting up the camp and the other camping facilities.
Camping is supposed to be fun, but sometimes things dont go as well as we would like. In my group, there were few free riders. They did not want to do anything
