Personnel
Ina Tregolubovaite will be general manager and she will be responsible for all of the finance and accounting functions. Dalia will be chef and there will be chef assistant Lina. They both have 10 years of experience.
Most important to Skanaus! is the financial success which will be achieved through strict financial controls. Additionally, success will be ensured by offering a high-quality service and extremely clean, non-greasy Lithuanian food with interesting twists.
