Now a day one of the most changes is food habits. In the past, most people preferred eating at home which was the most delicious for them. People in every where prefer fast food every time. For example, when they are usually having fast food because it is cheap for the customers, convenient for all classes poor or rich, saves time, satisfying hunger, and finally it is delicious for everyone. Some people usually prefer a typical meal at a burger joint consists of a sandwich, some fries, and a drinks which is always pepsi. It can quickly come in at over 1700 calories for something like burger kings Triple whopper with a large fries and 16 oz soda.

Although fast food is very delicious and appeals to a lot of people all over the world. It has also a lot of bad impacts which scientists are discussing now a day.

Here are the facts about how excessive junk food consumption affects your body.
Fast food contain a large amount of calories which lead to weight gain and obesity, commonly caused by consuming more calories than you expend each day. It can lead to cardiovascular disease. Fast food is energy dense, meaning that it is higher in calories than similar healthier foods. As most people estimate food intake by how big the portion looks, it is easy to eat too many calories in a fast food meals. For example, a quarter pound burger with cheese at one fast food chain contains approximately 520 calories and a large serving of fries contain approximately 400 calories. This provides almost help of the average 2000 calories that most adults require per day.

Fast food also contain high levels of sugar and sodium, large amount of sodium that in junk food cause high blood pressure, and it also have a negative effect on renal function, even leading to kidney disease by raising blood cholesterol levels and contributing to arteries plaque buildup.
