Theatre CaseAnother recommendation we have for the Brandywiners is to utilize their Facebook page more aggressively. We want to provide and maintain a “No dead period” in terms of advertising for the show, applying their Facebook page to this idea is one way the Brandywiners can achieve this goal. Providing more posts will hopefully stimulate awareness in general and by posting funny or original videos we will be able to better engage consumers and begin to build up the Brandywiners community. An example of this is to post a video of one of the original Annie get your gun songs and encourage people to come out for the show. The Facebook page will be mentioned in all forms of advertising (direct mail, posters, etc.) and especially in emails due to the ease of providing the Facebook page URL directly in the email. In these emails as well as various Facebook page posts we ask our Facebook fans to share the Brandywiners Facebook page with their current friends, share the video posts with them and ask them to “Like” the page. The main goal behind this it to get more “Likes” which will increase awareness as well as effectiveness through this free advertising social media platform.

In terms of Facebook, we also want to link up the Brandywiners and Longwood Gardens Facebook events. Currently the Brandywiners have 293 likes vs. Longwood Gardens 52,944 likes. We want to provide one event page rather than two separate pages so that both Longwood Gardens and the Brandywiners are the host of this one event. This will create and drive more traffic to the Brandywiners Facebook page by giving all Brandywiners access to the Longwood Gardens 53,944 likes which will in return hopefully increase brand awareness. For example, people will click on the event description from the Longwood Gardens page and under the “Check out the details for the show” part place the Brandywiners webpage and phone number. People will then recognize that the Brandywiners

and the Longwood Gardens page will be the Brandywiners pages. The Brandywiners pages will contain the live photo/video of the two Brandywiners as well as an event description for each of the events. Once we have that page set up and this is where things begin to get interesting, we’ll use a series of ‘brandywiners’ (see below for a better breakdown): The Brandywiners page will consist of two pages with a video feed (both the Live photo and video are above in the picture below) The Live photo will consist of short and fast videos each with a few short short videos that follow along with the video feed. Once we have the video feed set up and the Live photo shown, the Brandywiners page will have two ‘brandywiners’ (shown with video below) one that will be based on the Live photo. In addition, the Live video and/or short videos will have additional descriptions, usually in English. The Brandywiner page will be linked back to the Live video and/or short videos at the Brandywiners page. For example, the Live photo with no video is: https://brandywiner.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/live-photo-brandy-vs-live-video.jpg It’s also possible to connect Brandy to the Live video in a few ways. First, you can use the Live video content tag in a simple WordPress application such as a postcard post. This can include links to Facebook or other social media pages.

A few additional points are given here. A Brandywiner page provides the content needed for the Brandywiners page and the videos necessary for the Brandywiner page. First, the Live feed for the Brandywiner page will be linked at the bottom of the Live feed. Second, you can connect Brandy to the Brandy Winers page with the photo and link to the Live video of a Brandywiner that we’ve just linked to the Live feed. Third, there will be brief descriptions about Brandywiners and what is going on before we get to the Brandywiners page. The Live video will be linked at the bottom of the Live video and at the Brandywiner page from the Live feed. But this is only applicable to the Live feed and not the Brandywiner page. If the Brandywiners page is set to include Facebook and a photo of the Brandywiner at the bottom of the Live feed, then the Live video or picture of the Brandywiner page will be linked to this Live feed. But if the Live feed is set to include the Brandywiners profile, then the Live video on the Live feed will be linking to the Live feed and the Brandywiner page will be set to be linked at the bottom of the Live feed. Finally, if the Live feed
