Managing Organization Executive summary Nowadays, employee motivation is playing as an important role in organization. This paper examines the motivation factors which influence on employee satisfaction at the workplace. Maslow’s theory of needs and Herzberg’s Motivation-Hygiene Theory are used as guidance.
