Sea Food Restaurant52nd RoadMonday 13th April 2015Futong Garden36th StreetDear Mrs. Fawlty,I am writing to inform you that you made some small mistakes when you designed your advertisement online.My name is Caroline, and Last Monday, I came to your restaurant with two friends who I haven’t met for years. Before that day, I hoped that we could have a nice time like years ago. Actually, it wasn’t as satisfying as I had expected.I reserved a table two weeks ago. When we entered, several people were standing together, looking unhappy. Then, a waiter came and told us there were no seats. Days before, your worker promised that there would be enough seats. We stood there for about half an hour. It was really hot that day, but there was no air-conditioner to cool the room down. Your advertisement showed that the environment was far more comfortable than other places. When we eventually got our seats, there was no lobster and no crab on the menu. The reason why I chose yours was your ad said you specialized in sea food, but on the menu there was only seaweed and egg soup. When the soup was served, there was a bit of egg and little green plants in the big bowl. We were so grateful for your kind consideration to offer us such a healthy sea food dish. It is my opinion that you should correct the small errors in your ads and returned me a full refund.Yours, Sincerely

Last month, I got their address and phone number. I planned to invite them to have a meal out. It was a pity at first you were on a business trip to Scotland, but I must say you absolutely are a lucky dog, not having the terrible experience we had.I looked through some ads online and found a seemingly excellent sea food restaurant. I booked a table for three, and imagined what a good time we would have. Things went wrong from the moment we arrived. It was incredibly noisy in the small and crowded hall (they had the gorgeous photo of it on the net). About thirty people standing there, chatting loudly, but looking unhappy. We found no one to help and stood there as the others did. Then a man came and told us he felt so sorry, but we might wait for some time to get our seats. I was angry, and asked him why there was no seat for us after my reservation, but he didn’t offer any reasonable explanation. I didn’t want to show any anger to ruin the mood of our small party.
