I choose to do my internship in the customer services of in Barcelona, I decided to do my internship in this company and in this service because it’s a good opportunity to improve my Spanish and my English, because in the customer services we are constantly talking with people around the world and also because is an international company with an international team. At the first place it’s was difficult to found an internship abroad but I finely found who is a company who help student to find internship abroad relate to their study.
This report is a description of my experience during 3 months in Fcompany in Barcelona Spain. In the this report I will share an overview of my personal experience and the goals I wanted to achieves, the different skills I learned but also the difficulties I had during this 3 months of internship abroad and I will make a complete analyze of the company and the activities. At the end of the report I will give a conclusion of my internship experience according to the list a wrote before I start my internship.
Just before I started my internship I wrote a list with several learning goals that I expected to achieved during these 3 months.
Before this experience I had a lot of expectation.
