Recruitment is the process of attracting, screening and selecting potential and qualified candidates based on objective criteria for specific work. The goal of this process is to attract qualified applicants to encourage non-eligible applicants to opt out.        Before starting the recruitment process, the organization must implement the appropriate staffing plan and classify the number of employees they need. The employees forecast depends on the organizations annual budget and the organizations short and long-term goals.        The recruitment and selection process is very important to each organization because it reduces the cost of missing, such as incompetent, motivated and low-qualified employees. Shooting unqualified candidates and recruiting new employees is again an expensive process        Many organizations do not provide a full direction for new employees. This is the basic step to help new employees adjust with their employers and new jobs. The employee orientation program should include the organizations goals and objectives, and how the employees can help achieve the organizations long-term and short-term goals.        The focus on the staff is one of the main functions of human resources management. The program should help the employee to know his assigned duties, as well as his or her exact job description, job title, and relationship with other positions in the organization. It clarifies that employees play an active role in the organization.        The human resources management department is responsible for providing employees with good working conditions so that they like the working environment and the working environment. Motivating employees is the fundamental responsibility of the human resources department. The study found that employees do not contribute as much as possible to the organizations goals. This is because of lack of motivation.        Establish a human resources management system to provide financial and non-economic benefits to employees in the various sectors. Employee benefits are another concept of human resource team management. Employee benefits promote job satisfaction.        Employees are the pillars of any organization. Employee relationship is a very broad concept and one of the key functions of human resource management. This also helps to cultivate good employee relationships. They have the ability to influence behaviour and work outcomes.        Management should be organized to help identify employees activities at the individual and professional levels. Careful planning of employee relationships will promote a healthy balance between employees and employers.
