Riordan will incorporate existing Human Resources functions into a single integrated application. Riordan will create a detailed system design and the projected implementation plan will be within six months.  This implantation plan will allow Riordan Manufacturing to start utilization of the new system for the second quarter of the physical year (Smith Services Consulting Incorporated, 2011).
