They also have a Mentor program that employees may participate in and a tuition reimbursement program for those employees who seek to continue their education. However, with all of these great opportunities and programs already in existence, MasterBrand and our group, feel that increasing employee engagement in the career development plan will create an opening to further competitive advantage and come out of the current economic situation strong.

Many companies feel that in order to establish employee engagement, it must be done through monetary rewards. Although this approach has proven to work for some companies in the past, we feel that with the stressed economy, MasterBrand will be better off enhancing employee engagement through non-monetary incentives, such as recognition towards employees.

One of the best ways to increase engagement is to help the MasterBrand employees understand how important they are to the well-being of the company. We feel that to achieve this, implementing an employee of the month spokesperson program would be a non-monetary incentive that would strongly encourage employee engagement and help them realize how important they are to the company. The employee will be selected by vote from their co-workers based on work they have completed, their ability to work well with co-workers, and their appreciation for the company. In result, the selected employee will attend an end of the month meeting with managers and executives in where they will be able to discuss their and other employees work ideas to create a more open communication channel and to give employees an opportunity to further develop their career. We feel that this will instill a drive

to work more efficiently, and increase employee engagement as a result, creating a more highly qualified workforce. <

On May 7, 2018, we’re bringing PayMeTheBest together with the first year college students from the University of Utah to work with our current student body.

When it comes to training and certifications it’s important for our employees to know the technical skills they need to succeed with the same team, skills they need to achieve new success.

A number of recent audits have revealed that a majority of our Level 2 and Level 3 certification candidates are poorly qualified when compared to employees performing on the same team. While they are very good at many skill sets, it is critical that they be trained that is highly effective in their work by having a team of qualified people who understand the tools they need to achieve their goals.

Since We have been with our team for 11 years we have had the good fortune of working with several great leaders out of our own unit into learning their key strengths and areas of importance.

Our #PayMeTheBest program provides a valuable platform for our employees to learn leadership skills and develop successful teams. We encourage all employees who are already involved at the company to participate in our #PayMeTheBest series and work with us to make this series of events more effective by empowering our employees from this experience by training them to meet and meet some of their potential employees and help them make the most of their experience.
